ONE YEAR OLD BABY PHOTOS

You know how I love my couples, right? So this year has been extra special since they suddenly all seem to be having babies and I get to see all of them again. I cannot tell you how gratifying it is to see “my” couples in this next stage of their lives. I’ve photographed my couples during their pregnancy, I’ve photographed their newborns, I photographed their extended families, I’ve even photographed their grandparents birthday parties! And yesterday, I got to spend time with one of my favorite couples from 2010, JJ and Josh (you’ll see them in the engagement section of my website too!) and their fabulous daughter baby “C” who is turning one! What you can’t see (and she was careful to avoid me) is JJ’s Mom, Pam, who is a grandma with the most energy ever and decided it was her task in life to make baby “C” smile. The baby’s favorite game in the world is chase, so some of my favorite family photos from this session took a detour from the normal type family photos, to depict what they do when they are entertaining their daughter and capture fun, unposed family fun!
