Royal Park Hotel Wedding – Love and Marriage

Jon and Bridget FINALLY tied the knot!

Jon and Bridget have both played a really big role in the entire Curtis Clan’s life. Bridget gave the girls voice lessons when they were young and Jon became their big brother who took care of just about anything anytime we needed him. We love them separately and we love them together!

Cool rings, REALLY cool bouquet and I loved the reaction from the bridesmaid (and best man) when Bridget first entered the room in her dress.

This is what happens when the sweet Best Man decide to steam the groomswoman’s dress.
Steam is NOT something that should be trapped under a dress.

Just after their “first look” at the fabulous Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan.

Bet you can’t guess which of these “gangsters” are law enforcement, theater majors and firefighters!

I LOVE this photo! Clearly they both spotted a friend in the audience,
but this just cracks me up!
I loved that Bridget burst into tears on her way down the aisle. This wedding has been a long time coming and I just love to see the love on her face. All together now…. “Aaahhhhh”!
Royal Park Hotel’s Conservatory has never been easier to photograph in. Despite the threat of rain all day, it held off and gave us PERFECT light for wedding photography.
Super fun wedding ceremony at the Royal Park Hotel and a super great round of applause
after being introduced to the crowd.
The signing of the marriage license made the wedding officially official!
First Dance as husband and wife.
This was a first! Grandma is a 104 dancing machine!
Besides being Troy High School Theatre royalty, these folks are SO fun to play with!
Congratulations again, Jon and Bridget!

I shoot weddings at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan pretty frequently. The fabulous Kathleen Reid always moves heaven and earth so each and every couple can feel at home and enjoy the heck out of their weddings and this one hit it out of the ballpark. I’m also a huge fan of “DJ Dan” from Michigan Wedding DJ who always, always keep the dance floor full and happy. Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this day.
